Before you write

Most integration questions are answered in the API reference, which documents every endpoint, every error code and the exact webhook payloads. If you are comparing providers, the comparison page covers what is different about this one.

Reporting a security issue

Send it to security@buxapi.com rather than through this form, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We do not run a paid bounty programme yet. We do answer, and we credit reporters who want the credit.

We will never ask you for your private key or your recovery phrase. Anyone who does is not us, whatever name or address the message came under.

What we do not handle

We cannot recover a lost private key or recovery phrase. The server stores a hash of the key and never sees the phrase, so there is nothing on our side to recover from. That is the trade for having no accounts, and it has no exception.
